Jammin’ Jungle, Vexin Volcano, Password Entry

Mega Bomberman is a Sega Mega-Drive/Genesis western release of Bomberman ’94 for the PC-Engine (the Japanese equivalent of the TurboGrafx-16). Mega Bomberman was the first game in the series to be released on the Mega-Drive/Genesis. The complete soundtrack has a very uplifting and positive feel that takes good use of the Mega-Drives sound capabilities.

Jammin’ Jungle
Jammin’ Jungle is the first stage in Mega Bomberman and the theme track gives a nice introduction to how the game will turn out musically. Its upbeat, and uses a wide range of instruments and sounds to please the listeners ear.

Vexin’ Volcano
This track focuses on a constant bass line and its melody fits on top of that. It’s a fast track that works well with the overall environment of Vexin’ Volcano.

Password Entry
The track that plays when you input your password to continue your game is actually a stand-out tune on the soundtrack. It has a really mellow and laid-back vibe to it, as opposed to the rest of the soundtrack that feels to be a bit more uplifting.
